Galvanized Steel Glazed Tile Roofing Sheet Roll Former
Galvanized Steel Glazed Tile Roofing Sheet Roll Former includes five parts : feeding part , roll forming part , pressing part , the cutting part, output table.
We put the steel sheet into the feeding part . The roll forming part will work under the motor power. The roller will bite the steel sheet , the sheet will feed into the machine along with the rotation of the roller. The panel enter into pressing part from forming part. The hydraulic cylinder will drive the mold of the pressing system up and down , it can press the color steel into shape of glazed tile. The cutting part can cut the steel tile into specific length.

Manual uncoiler
It is used to support the steel coil and realize the uncoiling by means of rotatory movement. The steel coil is uncoiled manually. The capacity of this uncoiler
is 5 ton, and it is capable for most of the coils.
Feeding
Receiving the raw material (steel sheet), it guarantees the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity.
Electrical control cabinet
PLC is adopted to organize all action of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes:Automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working .
Hydraulic system
It is drived by a gear pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank , the pump could drive the hydraulic cylinder to realize the cutting function .
The system includes a set of hydraulic tank , a set of a gear pump , two hydraulic pipes and two sets of solenoid valves .
