C Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine can produce both C and Z purlin with different specifications in one machine. The change from C and Z will be done by simple manually adjustment. There is also not necessary to change the rollers if producing different size of C or Z purlins. It can automatically cut to length, punch and form, workers just need to input the length, hole distance, quantity, etc into the control system.
The adjustment for producing different C purlin or Z purlin will be complete different from traditional purlin machine(by manual adjust the roll spacers), it just needs to adjust the screw bar and you can get different sizes of C and Z purlin.
Whole machine adopts electrical motor driving with inverter controlling; it will assure high precision of the products.
